Cougar Headquarters is a division of the Panda Apparel Group.

Panda Apparel was formed in 2007 by Scott and Donna Marino. The company is named after their children, Peter and Angela, P and A or PandA. Scott and Donna share over 25 years experience in the apparel industry and 12 years of online specialty retailing.

In 2010, Panda Apparel was certified as a level 2 green business by the Cranford Green Team. They have been members of the Cranford Chamber of Commerce for several years as well as being certified by the Better Business Bureau.

This fast growing company is divided into specialized divisions, each with a different product mix/focus. Specialty divisions include the online retail of children's pajamas, tie-dye t-shirts and neon t-shirts. They also manufacture a popular line of neon tees and tanks under the label NeonTees and have a custom shirt printing division called Panda Imprinting and Graphics.
